Make a Return

  • To initiate a return, click the link to be directed to our RETURNS PORTAL
    • You'll need your ORDER NUMBER (can be found in your confirmation email or the order status page of your TMSH account), e.g #123456 and ZIP/POSTAL CODE
  • Select which item(s) you are returning and why
  • Select return via SHIPPING LABELwhich will prompt the creation of your return shipping label
    • Domestic returns are FREE (please note that this does not include international shipments)
    • Please be mindful that it can take UP TO 7 Business DAYS from the date of shipment for your orderto return back to our warehouse.
    • Once your refund has been processed, it can take UP TO 7 Business DAYS  for the funds to clear processing with your banking institution.
  • Please note if you opt for an EXCHANGE, it is highly important to deliver your return items back to the shipping provider as soon as possible. Stock is not immediately reserved and if the return shipment is delayed it is possible that the item(s) that you requested will no longer available. If this is the case, you will be refunded for the item(s) back to your original payment method and an email confirmation sent to you.
  • Please also note that the DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR EXCHANGEScannot be modified. The exchange will always be sent to the same address as the original order.
