Returns & Exchanges

To start a return:
Email our support team with your order number (located on your packing slip) and the reason for return at support@taylormadescrubhats.com.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns/exchanges on eligible items are accepted within 10 business days of order delivery confirmation. Returns must be in new, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any worn, damaged, or modified merchandise.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any clearance/last-chance or customized merchandise including but not limited to the buttons, sizing modifications, embroidery, etc.

Once your return request has been initiated and return label received, you have up to 10 business days to deliver the return eligible item(s) to your USPS (United States Postal Service) location of choice. If your return/exchange has not entered the mail-stream by this time, your return label will be voided and the return/exchange items will not be accepted.  

Exchange Request

Should the customer elect to exchange for a new product of like-kind or otherwise, the customer will be responsible for any upcharge fees and/or shipping & handling expenses. If a customer elects to switch to a product of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method provided within 3-5 business days. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

Please note that when submitting an exchange request, inventory will only be reserved for up to a period of 7 business days. If the exchange order has not entered the mail stream within this timeframe, we cannot guarantee product availability. 

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). Any items that are damaged upon arrival are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction and will be in the amount of the order price minus the incurred shipping expenses. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

TMSH GUARANTEE

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and we will gladly accept any defective item for refund or exchange. We will cover the expenses associated with making a claim under our guarantee by offering you pre-paid shipping for any returns under this guarantee.

To return an item under our guarantee, please follow the steps for returns detailed above.
